Edible Icing
Edible icing can be used in many ways and incorporated into your cake design if required. For example you may have a picture of a family member that you would like on your cake or if you would like your company logo printed onto a cake or cupcakes this can be done as well.

I use fondant icing which is a sweet pliable icing that can be moulded and coloured. Buttercream icing is also used under the fondant layer and can be flavoured to your requirements.

Marzipan, otherwise known as almond icing is only used on fruit cakes or by request.
